First Posting

The excitement begins! I just met my fellow American traveling companions and I'm very excited to be working and traveling with them over the next few months. Kevin's experience from last year will be invaluable to the five of us new folks. Walking in to his house, with the Jordanian music in the background and the various souvenirs from his trip scattered around got me very excited for our adventure! It will really start on the 30th of June when we meet the Jordanian teachers. I'm sure they're wildly trying to pack and make arrangements for their trip to the U.S. I hope they are as excited to meet us as we are to meet them. In the interim, I'm trying to locate my yellow card, get clothing together, and make all arrangements to be gone from school for the first week or so. Here we go!
